Wide quiet room (40 mq) with big double-bed (180×200 cm.), sofa bed (120×195 cm) for 2 people and an attached studio with a sofa bed (70×195 cm) for 1 person, with private bathroom.
Free Wi-Fi, Ethernet socket and satellite smart flat-screen TV 4K, with a Valle dell’Adige view on south-west. The bedroom is equipped with fire alarm, hairdryer and electric kettle for tea.
Double Room

Quiet room with big double-bed (180×200 cm.) or two single beds ( 90×200 cm.), equipped with free Wi-Fi, Ethernet socket, USB socket and satellite smart flat-screen TV, with the Vallagarina view facing south.
The bathroom is located the next door in the passage it is the private-bath for the room. The bedroom is equipped with fire alarm, hairdryer and electric kettle for tea.
General Terms and Conditions
- By check-in, guests must show a valid document of identity. Check-in starts from 14.00 till 20.00. Check-out within 10.00. Breakfast is available from 7.00 till 9.30.
- Guests should communicate in advance the time of their arrival. All late check-in requests must be approved by the owner. Arrivals after 20.00 will pay an additional charge of €10 per hour. After 24.00 it is impossible to check-in, not even under a fee.
- In case of an early departure, guests must pay the whole amount of the stay.
- We accept cash payments, debit cards (Maestro) and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). B&B Ai Colli reserves the right to check the validity of the cards before guests arrival.
- Animals are not allowed.
- B&B Ai Colli is located in a private house, therefore, we kindly ask to keep quiet between 20.00 and 7.00. Parties and events are not allowed.
